Easy PDF Server has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its website and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Easy PDF Server of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user's own risk.

7. Billing and free trials

Paid plans are billed in advance, in US dollars, through Stripe. Monthly plans renew every month and annual plans every year until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the customer portal, and access continues until the end of the period you have paid for.

New subscriptions start with a 7-day free trial. A payment method is required to start the trial. The first charge happens when the trial ends unless you cancel before then. If a payment fails, we may suspend or cancel the subscription and the API key stops working.

Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change prices with notice, and a price change does not apply to a period you have already paid for.

8. Modifications

Easy PDF Server may revise these terms of service for its website at any time without notice. By using this website you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
